Thank you for your interest in being a food vendor at Flows n’ Falsettos: Picnic Edition on August 31. Please carefully read the following terms before SUBMISSION:

• Limited spots are available. Submission does not guarantee selection. If selected, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.

• Vendor fee is $225, due upon acceptance to secure your spot.

• All vendors are responsible for providing their own power sources, tables, tents, and equipment.

• This is an outdoor event please prepare accordingly.

• A rain date will be provided in case of inclement weather.

• Food permits and liability insurance are the responsibility of each vendor.

• Vendors must arrive during designated setup hours (provided upon confirmation) and be fully set up no later than 1 hour before gates open.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
